To Our Excelsior Appliance Sales and Service Customers,
Our customers' and employees' health and well-being still remain a priority after the Covid 19 pandemic. We continue to follow the recommendations of state and local governments and trusted health organizations.
To minimize the spread of any illness, we ask our customers to do a self-screening for symptoms. If you have a temperature greater than 98.6, chills and are coughing/sneezing, please do not enter our facility. To reduce the risk of spreading or contracting a respiratory virus, please keep a distance of 6 feet from other customers and staff.
If we come to a home or residence where the occupant shows any signs or symptoms of illness, it will be at the discretion of our technicians whether or not they will stay to service your appliances. In that regard, if you have a scheduled service call with us and you are sick, please call to reschedule.
Likewise, our technicians and office staff are required to do a self-screening for symptoms before coming to work. The technicians carry hand sanitizer to use before and after every job. They also will, if requested by the customer, wear a facemask, gloves and/or booties when entering a customer's home/residence.
